Dispatch & delivery

• Nairobi: Same/next‑day delivery via rider (Mon–Sat).
• Other towns: 24–72 hours via courier (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, etc.).
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed the next business day.

Shipping fees

• Calculated at checkout based on location and weight/volume.
• Free pickup available in Kamukunji & Eastleigh (by arrangement).
